Suggest Treatment For A Dull Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area
Question: So I notice after I get Bloated I will get this dull pain or tight feeling in my lower right abdomen. I feel better after pooping and passing gas but I will still feel this pain when I sit at certain position. What could this be?

There is temporary arrest of the intestinal movements because of various reasons like inflammation, obstruction, electrolyte disturbance in the intestines. This causes gas to get accumulate. The most common site is the ileum which is on the lower right abdomen. Other reasons are gynecological in nature. Since it is relieved after passing gas I think yours is because of intestinal paralysis only.
A clinical examination and may be an Xray or Ultrasound would clear the reasons causing this problem. I suggest to meet a Surgeon or Gynecologist to understand the cause for this recurrent problem that you have.
