Question: I am a diabetic patient. Have done my urine test; it shows Pus cells/h.p.f : 6-8; R.B.C/h.p.f. : ocasional; Epithelial/h.p.f : 4-5 and Bacteria: Bacilli seen. What does it mean?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine analysis report suggest that you have 6 to 8 pus cells. It suggest mild urinary tract infection. You also have diabetes. You should take a course of antibiotics. You can take norfloxacin or levofloxacin. But it is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Also drink plenty of water.

What does it mean?
You have answered to one of the observations i.e. pus cells.
How about the other observations of the urine test i.e.
R.B.C/h.p.f. : ocasional
Epithelial/h.p.f : 4-5
Bacteria: Bacilli seen.

I would be happy to get the answer to the entire observations of the urine test

Occasional rbc, 4 to 5 epithelial cells and bacilli are normally present in urine. So they all are normal findings. No need to worry about that.
