Detailed Answer:
Brief Ans-Sliced off Tip of Right index Finger/Treatment Evaluation

My Suggestion- stitches from Surgeon would expedite the healing and reduce risk of bad scar and delayed healing.

Hi Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and reviewed your pictures with it.
I understood your health concerns. And feel concerned about it.
Remedy Suggested-
Based on your pictures, and your concerns,In My opinion, you should go for
do following -
Press the wound with padded dressing.
Take Inj TT from your GP doctor or at the ER department.
And rush to ER Surgeon.
Get the Stitching done-which would give Primary healing with better scar and fast recovery, than the option of "Let it Heal" on its own.
A cover by antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory from the ER surgeon would take care of fast recovery and a good scar.
For Cosmetic Scar, you could request and opt for sub-cuticular cosmetic stitches with Mono-filament nylon thread.
Keep Me updated if you need any further help and suggestions
Hope this should help you to plan further treatment with your ER Surgeon there.

Welcome with any further query in this regard.
