Brief Answer:
Does not always need treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Backer cyst is swelling at back side of knee. It is common if patient has knee arthritis.Backer cyst usually causes no symptoms. If you are having pain and heaviness then you can think of following options.
1.Cyst aspiration and steroid injection.
2.Removal of cyst through arthroscopic surgery.
3.Open surgery to remove cyst.
So you can choose your treatment with help of your doctor. But if there is no symptom then you can just avoid it. it is not dangerous for your knee if it is leave alone.
thanks
