Suggest Treatment For Z Shaped Rash On The Chest
Question: I have a rash on my chest under my nipple that makes a Z shape about the area of the size of my fist . It just appeared yesterday afternoon. I haven't changed my soap or detergent. It barely itches at all. I have put cortizone 10 on it as well as some calmoseptine.

I have reviewed your query and picture.
It seems like you have got a insect bite rash.
Nothing to worry as insect bites are usually pretty easy to treat.
In cases like ours I generally recommend Oral corticosteroid like prednisolone 10mg for a week .
Also would suggest application of a cream containing corticosteroid like mometasone and an antibiotic like fusidic acid twice a day over affected areas for atleast 7 days.
Take antihistaminics like Benadryl for itching if required.
