Suggest Treatment For UTI

Question: Hello I wanted to ask I been felling this symptoms since like about two months now first I started with a stomach pain and gassy smooshy poop sometimes even constipated and like a foul smell now like since like 3 wekks ago I been felling the urge to urinate a lot like every half hour or less at night also and still smell like a foul smell first I thought it was a yeast infection did a curse of three days with the cream it dint work got a uti test yesterday and it came back positive for leukocytes so it is most likely an infection rigjt ?

Ok thanks so the best I could do is go to the doctor so he can prescribe me with that drug, I was planning on going next week , my past job required me to sit down a lot and I use to drink a lot of caffeine and energy drinks and I dint drink water at all and I started using tampons wish I don't use anymore I believe all of that was the cause right ? I been eating healthy and exercising , but it has not Gonne away on it own so like I sead the best I could do is go to the doctor so he can give me that prescription right ? Can I go to a family clinic or does it has to be an specialist ?
