From the information you have provided, this is most likely going to be pus collection in the catheter or debris. However, with you reporting a severe pains in the lower tummy, this is more likely to be pus from a urinary tract infection(UTI). Urinary tract infections are more common in persons with an indwelling catheter as it serves as a safe XXXXXXX for germs to multiply and invade the urine passages. This is probably what has happened to you at this time. The best thing to do now is to get a sample of fresh urine collected and tested for infection and a culture for germ identification and antibiotic sensitivity. Now, increase the amount of fluids that you take orally so as to increase the amount of urine production that would serve in irrigating and washing the urinary system. This in itself would help to clear the infection. In all, this is not stool but probably pus from a possible UTI.
