Brief Answer:
Answer in detail below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Swollen testicles can occur due to various causes like Hydrocele( with a fluid filled sac around testicle / Varicocele(there are enlarged, tortuous veins around testicles/ Orchitis (Pain & inflammation of both testicles due to infection / Epididymitis-( Inflammation of a tube- epidydimis at back of testicle- that stores sperms) associated with painful ejaculation & discharge from penis / torsion of testicles (painful & swollen testicles following torsion).

But in case there is associated UTI.....possibility is Epdidymitis or orchitis following bladder infection or Kidney infection.

To differentiate & get specifically treated you need consultation, local examination & needful investigations under supervision of a Nephrologist.

I hope that answers your query. Any follow up query is welcome.

Thanks.
