Brief Answer:
surgery is the choice of treatment

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having deviation of nasal septum with speech difficulty.

As such, deviation of nasal septum (s shaped) can cause blockage of both nostrils leading to eushacian tube dysfunction and recurrent episodes of sore throat (pharyngtis).

In my opinion, with added symptom of breathlessness, you need to undergo surgery as early as possible. Oral medications will not help in bony deviations. surgery is the choice of treatment. Kindly go ahead.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
