Question: Hai, kindly request you to suggest the necessary preliminary tests to make sure everything in reproductive organ is good piror to start IVF treatment for my wife.

My wife showing PCOD during scan with normal 30 days menstrual cycle and AMH is normal, is it necessary to do laproscopy drilling or tablet is enough.

For your kind information, On june-2014 we undergone XXXXXXX IVF treatment for my wife, but it failed. Prior to start XXXXXXX IVF treatment my wife undergone hysteroscopy and septoplasty(partial septate uterus septoplasty done).

Currently in another hospital we planned for IVF treatment and Reproductive doctor suggest for my wife to take AMH test (day 2 of menstrual cycle) and endometrial biopsy (day 4 of menstrual cycle). We found result as AMH is normal and endometrium has Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Complex, so doctor suggest my wife to take medicines from pulmonary doctor for six months duration and then continue for IVF treatment. ...

The above procedure is correct or not, please suggest me why endometrial tb is happened within one year, explain me in detailed and there is any side effects. ...

During this time of six months treatment for endometrial tb, intercourse is advisable or not, please suggest me it is a transmit disease or not. ...

Thanks for additional information.

You are under right treatment. It is better to take AKT for atleast 6 months before going for IVF. Endometrial TB could have been there even earlier but was not diagnosed. It was identified because your doctor performed endometrial biopsy test.

Intercourse can be done while treatment for TB is under progress. This disease does not transmit by intercourse. DOnt worry.

Kindly suggest me, which is the best stage for Embryo Transfer in IVF treatment (is there any certain criteria pls explain in detailed).

What is the success rate of it. ...

For me, andrology doctor suggest to take medicines to improve counts and motility for 3 months, and the tablets are,
Tab.CCQ-50mg- 1 tab/day
Tab.Ubefit-30mg- 1 tab/day
Tab.Zincovit-500mg- 1 tab/day
The above tablet is good for improvement in the count and motility or not, please suggest me. ..

I used to check semen analysis test regularly, sometimes it shows fluctuations in counts and motility, kindly advice me....

Blastocyst stage is the best for embryo. Its on day 5.

Dont take these medicines if your count and motility are normal.

Let me know your recent few reports so that I can suggest if these are necessary.
