Suggest Treatment For MMR And Varicella Count

Question: Why would my MMR and Varicella titers be extremely elevated?
rubeola antibodies, IgG....>300...range >=30

mumps antibody, IgG....176...range for positive titer >=11

rubella antibody, IgG...1.93...range >=1.00

varicella-zoster virus antibody, IgG...677.90...range>=165

There are 2 basic reasons why The titres are raised.
1. there has been an infection
2. you have been vaccinated for these infections.
The raised titres is good.
It means you have immunity to these infections.

Last immunization was 1985, and had a fairly severe reaction of measles rash and arthritic pain in all joints. No infection since then...Will any infection elevate the levels? And are these levels not abnormally high? Could this be an indication of another problem that I need to address?

Unlikely to be any other problem.
Subclinical infections can keep happening.
They keep the immunity boosted up.
Besides some vaccines and infections give long lasting immuninty
example chickenpox
In fact if the titres were low, then I would be worried for any of my patients
