Brief Answer:
H. pylori infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query,

I have gone through your query and can certainly understand your concern.

From the description you have provided, you seem to have symptoms pertaining to Helicobacter pylori infection. This is a form of bacteria which affects the stomach lining thereby causing symptoms like- abdominal discomfort, bloating, nausea, loss of appetite, unintentional weight loss.

I would suggest you to do the following:

- you may require an upper endoscopy done to look for any ulcers

- also an urea breath test or a stool antigen test may also be required to confirm h. pylori infection.

Once confirmed, you will be required to start on a course of antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors. Therefore, I would suggest you to consult with a gastroenterologist in your area for further management.

Hope this helps
