Brief Answer:
Surgery is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please describe where the pain is located? Is it upper middle or upper right abdomen? Does the pain radiate to the back?

You definitely should have a laparoscopic surgery. Gallbladder has to be removed. Small stones can move the the bile ducts and cause its obstruction. Luckily there is nothing like that visible in the reports. So this is a good time to have this surgery.

However, if your pain is located in the upper middle abdomen, peptic ulcer or stomach inflammation can be the reason as well. In such situation, surgery is still necessary, however, gastroscopy should be done before the surgery.

As you have H.Pylori infection in the stomach (detected in the stool), after the surgery (or before if gastroscopy will find anything) eradication should be prescribed.

In a meanwhile you should avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Waiting with a surgery is risky.

Detailed Answer:
Like I have mentioned, stones can move to bile ducts. In some cases this can be a way to get rid of them. But in most cases this will cause only serious problems. Please note that if such stone stuck in the pancreas duct, will cause acute pancreatitis. This is very serious complication which can be life threatening. That is why waiting and considering other ways of stone removal is simply a huge risk.
That is why I suggest you to do not wait with the surgery and do not try to post pone it.
Moreover, every pain in this area can indicate an inflammation. Some inflammation in this area will make laparoscopic surgery impossible. In simple words if you wait too long, you get more chances to have a large incision on the abdomen. I`m pretty sure you do not want it.

So please do not wait with. Even if it does not seem serious right now, it may become in most unexpected time.

Hope this will help.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
No serious issues should be present.

Detailed Answer:
Gallbladder surgery is very common and quite safe. So no further serious issues should be present after it.
For sure you will have some pain a day after the surgery. It should get less intense few days after it.
You should avoid fatty foods 3 months after the surgery to prevent any abdominal pain.
And you may have diarrhea for 3 months after the surgery.

Besides, nothing else should not happen.
