Brief Answer:
Holistic approach, medications still needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you have no insurance you should avoid complications and treat the early manifestations of chronic disease. This helps you to avoid frequent ER visits and unscheduled doctor visits. The doctor appointments would not cost you much if it is a planned and scheduled visit.

Having said that, in your case I suggest the following holistic approach.
1) Everyday exercise to the point you sweat out, it can be up to 40 minutes
2) Keep your weight under watch.
3) Never skip seizure, blood pressure and depression medication. I suggest you to continue them till the point you achieve a 'no medication point'. Till then you should practice holistic methods.
4) Check you blood pressure once a week early in the morning after your walk.
5) Avoid alcohol and unnecessary medication to avoid damage to liver which is still fighting HepC.
6) Avoid all processed food, eat cooked home made food. Avoid extra salt and sugar, in fact doctors advise white colored food like potato, maida, vegetable oils.

Hope this helps.
