As in Ayurveda (classical XXXXXXX traditional system of medicine) many antiviral herbs are there against EBV. As associated symptoms like Spleen enlargement, tiredness will take 4 to 6 weeks to get treated.

Neem, Guduchi, haritaki are good anti viral and immuno modulatory herbal drugs prescribed against EBV.

Capsule.Neem, Capsule.Guduchi(tinospora cordifolia) available in Himalaya drug company.

Associated classical preparation like Dasamoolaristm,haritaki rasayanam will be helpful in treating the associated symptoms.

Avoid junk, fried food and non-veg foods.
Use steamed food. ,take more vegetables and fruits to remove the toxins.


These medicines deactivate the Epstein-Barr virus and bring down the viral load.These medicines increase the resistance of the body and help to control the infection as well as its associated symptoms. treatment for about 2 to 4 weeks is sufficient to completely cure the condition.
