Suggest Treatment For Celiac Disease

Question: My college aged grandson, just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and. Has issues coping with his diet and search for academic perfection. I am afraid it might be more than he can cope with at this time. Need a recommendation for a physician.

I am so sorry to hear about this disease condition that your son has. Though it might be difficult, this is probably because it is new to him. As he learns more about the disease and what causes it, he would be able to control it better.

The main stay is to avoid food and diets containing gluten. This means he should always look at the composition of him meals be it at restaurants or when buying from the shop. If he can keep away from all this, then he would be fine.

He will need to establish and maintain contact with a gastroenterologist who would guide him through this all.
