Question: i have copd plus having a mild heart attack . I have been prescribed a beta blocker , but it causes my breathing problems to get much worse.

But if your symptoms are worsening then it demands the revision of prescription as both beta blockers and heart attack can increase the breathlessness.
Ask your physician to revise the prescription in the form of more cardioselective drugs. ...
