Question: I have a bulging disc approx. 5mm on L4-L5 putting pressure on the thecal sac which I believe is affecting my lower back but also my legs and bottom of my feet numbness and pain. YYYY@YYYY

I have sympathy for pain you are suffering from.
5mm disc bulge is not serious issue as it is not compressing nerve root.
you are already on high doses of medicine so continue with this.
If no relief then epidural steroid shot may help you.
Physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you to reduce pain.
injection methylcobalamine will help as neurotropic. ,you can start it consulting your doctor.
