Brief Answer:
Get a biopsy test done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Do consult a dermatologist and get a Biopsy test of the skin lesion done. The Biopsy test will provide useful information on the lesion which helps to identify the type, depth and any anaplastic changes if present. Based on these findings the treatment for the same can be formulated. Some can be treated with medications some with lasers and some with surgery for sure.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
