Related your concern and based on your history, having protected sex and oral sex without condom (mentioned in the XXXXXXX free question) I think you should test to exclude some STI like chlamydia, gonorrhea ,syphilis, HPV (but very rare HSV and trichomoniasis).
Furthermore you should know that exist very low possibility to get HIV infection
from unprotected oral sex, so in your case it is not necessary to test for HIV.
