Suggest Test To Identify Vitiligo

Question: About 20-25 years back I had surgery of my penis head.Since color of penis head is white and turning normal skin color very slowly. Now my penis head has half of its area white and rest of area as normal skin color. Yesterday I went for medical test where doctor said that it is vitiligo. As I know in vitiligo skin get color from normal to white but my skin is getting color from white to normal skin color. I want to prove it medicaly it.
Therefore asking you people which test should be done to prove my concerned

In most cases clinical diagnosis of doctor is sufficient.But if you want to confirm it then you will have to go for biopsy.Dont worry its not a big biopsy or cause pain.

In vitiligo, the skin sample will usually show a complete absence of pigment-producing melanocytes. On the other hand, the presence of inflamed cells in the sample may suggest that another condition is responsible for the loss of pigmentation.
