Brief Answer:
Tramadol would be better than tylenolol

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.Since you are in severe pain,I would suggest you to take tramadol(might not be found over the counter) when required instead of Hydrocodone.

Tylenol would be definitely be helpful but tramadol would give you better relief.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Hello Sir!

Thank you so much for writing back!

May I know what disability you are having for which you are having pain?
The dosage depends on the type of pain you are having. One more drug you can go for other than Tylenol is Naproxen. You can get it OTC.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
hope you have gone through MRI neck and LS spine

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!

Thank you so much for responding back!

Your fall seems to be quite injuring your bones.I hope you have already consulted a physician before and got yourself an MRI Cervical and lumbar spine done,to rule out any bone injury or nerve compression.

Yes you get pain killers containing acetaminophen(tylenol 500mg),Ibuprofen,Diclofenac(400-500mg) tablets over the counter .Please try to lessen use of this drug when ever possible,as these are associated with gastrointestinal bleeding.

Take esmoprazole or pantoprazole(20-40mg) in the morning empty stomach before taking any of these tablets after food.

Get well soon!
