Brief Answer:
there are some things to consider...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

the check-up routine should not be the same for every patient. It should depend on the patient's history. For example if you've had gestational diabetes then checking for diabetes should be a priority.

A general check for a woman (presumably healthy) of your age would include clinical examination (including breast examination), some basic blood tests (full blood count and biochemical panel including cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, blood glucose) and Pap-smear. Mammography is another consideration but this is controversial for your age (and depends on your personal and family history).

Various symptoms you might have had can be useful in planning the tests. For example a history of iron deficiency would require measuring iron and iron stores (ferritin) and perhaps also the total iron binding capacity.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
