Brief Answer:
Moles are best removed with Laser;Kindly upload an Image for a confirmatory diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

Moles or Acquired Melanocytic Nevi (AMN's) are genetically determined. They are few in number in childhood and adolescence and then increase in number with age to peak in 3rd decade of life and thereafter gradually diminish and disappear with age.
Though, tendency for AMN is genetically determined however environmental factors like sun exposure is required to make it manifest at sites which are more commonly exposed to sun. That is why moles (AMN's) are common in sites which are exposed.
AMN's are benign and are only of cosmetic significance. Nevertheless, presence of large number of moles (e.g 50 or 100 moles) confers a higher risk of Melanoma as compared to general population. Moles are best removed with a Laser. Medicines won't work for moles.
Having said that it is a common fact that most people may mistake some other skin lesions like seborrheic keratosis, dermatosis papulosa nigrans, lentigines etc as moles when they actually aren't. Therefore I request you to kindly upload a representative image of these (presumably moles or may be something else!) so that I am able to guide you better.
You may upload an Image either at "Reports Section" Or you may mail me at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as Attn:Dr. Kakkar.

Hi Doctor,
I am uploading my mole pics.
Can you analyse and let me know what exactly are these and how to red rid of these and how to prevent these from erupting. As I keep on getting new moles day by day

Brief Answer:
Dermatosis papulosa nigra; not melanocytic nevi.

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.

These don't seem like Moles/ Melanocytic nevi. They seem like dermatosis papulosis nigra (DPN) to me Or in common parlance also known as Skin Tags.
DPN's is a benign skin condition and only a cosmetic concern.
They need to be removed either with radiofrequency cautery ablation Or with CO 2 laser vaporization.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis and for the needful.

Regards
