Suggest Remedy For Wound On Penis

Question: so me and my girlfriend were having sex. so I'm about to penetrate and she tries to help me out by pushing my penis in her vagina but she accidentally cuts the foreskin with her long nails. and the wound has been open for about 7 days now. what should I put on it to help it heal faster?
