Brief Answer:
Uncontrolled blood sugar and blood pressure would cause tremors

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The tremors may not be a good sign in a long term hypertensive and diabetic. There are many reasons including complications, in adequate or irregular medication, nutritional deficiency as well.

An uncontrolled blood sugar and/ or blood pressure situation can cause such tremors. A likely event but rare is blood sugar and pressure going below normal for a person whose pressure and sugar are controlled.

I think first thing to do is get blood pressure, blood sugar, HbA1c checked. Along with it ECG if required TMT as well. I recommed an annual physical if there is due for the year.

I suggest to get a fresh evaluation from your treating physician for the same and relook into the current medication.

I hope my perspective can help you go serious about the problem and fix it permanently.
