detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
I had gone through the picture you send.

It seems to be Elbow bursitis ,which is inflammation of the olecranon bursa (the sac that surrounds the elbow bone, olecranon).
In your case the cause of inflammation is an infection because there is swelling, redness, it might be warm in touch and painful.
The cause might be an insect bite that caused the small sores or a minor injury.

You should consult a physician right away because the infection can spread.
After the examination ,the doctor can decide to remove the fluid and get it examined. This will relieve the pain and determine the cause of infection.
You doctor will prescribe you a course of antibiotics .

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
