Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 27 weeks pregnant, since 3 days I am having swelling only in my right foot. i keep legs elevated while sleeping. is this something to be alarmed?
and is it safe to travel in train 3rd AC during pregnancy, till what week is it safe. there is continuous swinging movement throughout the journey. it's 8 hrs travel

Yes you can travel after taking note of all the precautions.
But you need to get a leg Doppler to evaluate for the cause of swelling of only one leg.
Till then
- keep the affected leg a little elevated for as long as possible
- during plenty of water
- indulge in repeated leg movements like folding and unfolding alternatively
