Brief Answer:
it looks like irritable bowel syndrome. but could be due to gall bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The problemof having to go to bathroom after having food and cramping in abdomen goes more with irritable bowel syndrome.
These symtpoms can also br associated with the current problem of gall stones and polyps.
First of all if you are stressed out with some matter you need to relieve it as it worsens IBS.
Diet including high fiber should be taken more.
If you are planned for surgery sooner then these symptoms should go away with it but if you aren't undergoing surgery or the consulting with surgeon sooner it will be useful to consult a gastroenterologist so as to get some investigations and clinical examination done so as to keep the symptoms low or cure them depending on the reason.
I hope i have answered your query well.
if you have any more query kindly write back to me will be happy to answer them.
Thank you
