Thanks for your query. I have gone through it comletely.

As far as the soreness in the floor of the mouth is concerned, it can be a traumatic ulcer secondary to trauma while rushing or from the food particles.

Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated.

Mean while you can take a course of topical anesthetics like Lignocaine and topical analgesics like Choline Salicylate. The soreness will resolve in 3days. Do saline gargling.

These are the possible diagnosis and treatment plan according to the clinical findings described by yourself.
