Brief Answer:
It can be side effect of ceftriaxone or due to recent illness itself

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Sludge in gall bladder can be due to side effect of monocef(ceftriaxone) or due to illness itself.
Any acute illness can lead to formation of sludge in gall bladder due to decreased oral intake and decreased motility of gall bladder.
It would be difficult to interpret the exact cause(whether side effect of ceftriaxone or due to recent illness).
Here I would suggest you to observe her as in some cases it subsides on its own while in few cases it may form gall stones.
Give her analgesic if needed.
If pain is severe and persistent, not responding to analgesic get her to a physician for evaluation and management(to assess the need of surgery if any).

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Thanks and regards
