Brief Answer:
wait for your biopsy report and continue with your medicines

Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns.
As far as management of prostate cancer is concerned , it is according the stage of the cancer. Since the biopsy report is awaited so a definite plan can only be devised on basis of biopsy report as well as radiological investigations like CT abdomen and pelvis. You need to wait till it is available.
When it is small and doesn't have any spread then only removal of prostate is sufficient. In cases , where there is spread treatment is according to the extent of spread in conjunction with radiotherapy.
Meanwhile stay calm and continue with your medications which are being prescribed.
May you get well soon and feel free to ask any time if you have query.
Hope it helps.
