Brief Answer:
Check thyroid; biotin forte and root vegetables...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pregnancy and other stressful states are known to cause diffuse hair loss and thinning; a condition known as telogen effluvium. It's a reversible condition and settles down in few months. Since your hair loss is closely associated with pregnancy and delivery, I suspect this is what you are suffering with.

In this context, I will suggest you to be healthy; avoid stressors. Eat a good balanced diet. Check your thyroid hormones if it wasn't checked recently. You may also get your hemoglobin level checked. Start tablet biotin forte once a day for 3 weeks. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables; especially those growing under the soil such as beetroot, turnip, carrot, radish; potatoes and so on.

If your symptoms don't improve in the next 3-4 months, visit a dermatologist for evaluation and further management.

Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
