Suggest Remedy For Severe Gastric Issues

Question: Hi ,

I have acute gastric issues I have break wind every now and then specially after lunch and dinner . They are odorless but I feel pain in my chest sometime due to the gas accumulation. I have been having this issue for more than 20 days I feel I am unable to digest properly and that could be the reason for a bloated belly. I have started having lemon water and amla in the morning its been a month now though it helps in a clear motion in the morning the day is rather uncomfortable after eating .

Please suggest momentary plus long term relief remedies.

In addition need to try following things and see how you feel

Avoid sleeping two hours after meals
Avoid coffee , aerated drinks
Go for regular walk
Exercise regularly
Avoid drinking too much water with your meals can have it an hour after meals
Ensure proper eating and sleeping time
Avoid stress if possible
Avoid painkillers as far as possible

All these things will help you in long term
