Brief Answer:
Back Pain: Quick and easy long term solutions.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar from Health Care Magic and I'm here to help you.
I have examined your question, and being your personal doctor, I will handle this
medical issue.

You have mentioned that your daughter faces back pain.
It is a fact that she is a sports person.
She also has to carry heavy loads in her school bag.

This is a very common problem faced by students nowadays.

Kindly take your daughter to an X Ray Clinic and get a "PA" X ray of her spine.
This is very quick, safe, and easy to do. Just a single X ray. That's all.
This is simply to be on the safe side and rule out any injuries.
Most probably, the X ray will not reveal any issues.

Maintenance of proper posture is the key treatment for this condition.
I will strongly advise you to take your daughter to a physiotherapist, who will explain to her how to do certain special exercises (without fail) everyday.

She is a sports person and will take very well to physiotherapy.

Right now, You can purchase these 3 medicines, without a doctors prescription.

1. Serratiopeptidase. ("Serra")
2. Aceclofenac + Paracetamol combination. ("Acenac, Acemol")
3. Counter irritant balm. (soothing effect)

I would ask you to give her the first 2 medicines twice a day, once after break fast and once after dinner. The balm is to be applied as and when required. Kindly continue this for a week.

As she gets comfortable with the exercises taught by her physiotherapist, the back pain will vanish and things will be restored to normal, just as before.

You can feel free to ask any doubts or questions or for help as regards these
health issues.

It has been good knowing you.
Most sincerely,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
