Question: Hi Dr.
Am 34 year old married male. i wasnt circumcised but it was easy to move the foreskin back and hasnt experienced any issues during intercourse. I did unprotected anal sex with my wife (5 - 6 times in the last 6 months), i used a hair oil and a Johnson's baby milk lotion and sometimes both together as lubricant (i used those liquids for normal sex also). And after sex i used diluted dettol to wash my penis. But recently i noticed that my foreskin it not moving backward as it did before and am experiencing pain when doing that, even it is not erected i cant move the skin backward as there is pain at the tip where the skin is attached to the penis. And i noticed a white round patch on the skin. Now my wife has itching and burning as well in vagina.

please help me cure this

Brief Answer:
It is chemical balanitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description there is high possibility of chemical balanitis which means there is inflammation of foreskin and underneath glans penis due to exposure to chemicals.

To get it confirmed please see a doctor in person so he can examine it properly to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment.

Regarding treatment I must assure you that it is mild inflammation which can be treated easily. The treatment includes antiinflammatory and antibiotic medications. In case of severe inflammation steroid may also be necessary for local application.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
