Brief Answer:
Kindly upload the pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
It is impossible to say what it is without examination, I would suggest you to upload the picture, to assess and to provide you with specific advice.

Meanwhile I would suggest you not to touch it, as it increases the risk of secondary infection. Wear loose cotton underwear, wash the area with mild soap like dermadew, keep the area dry.

Get back to us with the picture, I'll be glad to help you out.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Dermadew soap, Candid powder

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for uploading the pictures.
I am not able to appreciate anything suspicious. As suggested earlier wear loose cotton underwear, use mild soap. Keep the area dry.
I would suggest you to use over the counter Candid powder, which will help in addressing your symptom and also to use lubricants during intercourse.

Hope this helps.
Take care

Brief Answer:
based on picture I don't think they are STD.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Good to hear from you.
From the pictures, I don't feel there is anything wrong, I don't think they are STDs.
As said earlier use loose cotton underwear, by keeping dry, I feel the itching can be addressed. You can apply calamine lotion with alovera, as it produces soothing effect. Apart from these I don't think, you need anything else. Just relax, you are fine.
Hope this helps.
Take care
