Question: I am getting red spots all over my body and black heads on my face after binging on cocaine for two days. What is happening to me?

Well, cocaine is notorious in causing skin rashes.

Also, you are taking multiple other drugs.
These red spots could be the result of multiple drug interactions or an hypersensitivity reaction.

Have you developed such spots in past also, with cocaine or any other drug?
Can you upload the pic of the spots on your body?

I would suggest that you should contact your doctor immediately for appropriate treatment of this condition.

I have never developed these before. I also noticed that there are small black spots all over me as well. Please see attached photos. Thank-you.

Possible allergic reaction.

Thanks for uploading the pics.

After careful observation, I think you have developed allergic reaction after cocaine (may be due to impurities or due to interactions with other drugs).

I would suggest you to contact your doctor as early as possible.
Till then you can take an OTC anti-allergic drug like benadryl or zyrtec.

These rashes should disappear soon with the treatment.
