Suggest Remedy For Persistent Vertigo

default
Posted on Tue, 17 Nov 2015
Question: I have a mild attack of vertigo, have had a bad one 3 months ago. I was shown how to do the epley manoeuvre then. I think this time it may be related to allergies as my nose drips a lot and allergies are bad at the moment. I took an antihistamine 24 hr lasting one. I don't feel nauseated, someone suggested I put cotton wool in one ear. The front of my head is feeling a mild headache. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this quickly. I feel slightly dizzy and head ears feel full.

Brief Answer:
Antihistamine and steam inhalation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query.
Symptoms can be due to upper respiratory tract infection.
I would suggest you to continue to take antihistamine and along with that do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil, it will be helpful in reducing your symptom. You should be fine in three to four days.

Hope this helps.
Wishing you speedy recovery.
Take care.
