Suggest Remedy For Persistent Sneezing And Runny Nose

Question: i have continuous sneezing & running nose for last 7-8 months. It is mainly when i wake up in the morning and evening before i go to bed. My blood test shows that higher percentage of eosinophil. What will be the best medicine for me to get a permanent cure from this?

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Allergic rhinitis. This is a type of Allergic reaction only. High Eosinophils also support the diagnosis.
To be very honest this is a disease which can't be completely cured for life time. However we can keep it under well control.
I would recommend in such case to take an anti Allergic like Levocetrizine daily in night time. Nasal sprays containing Fluticasone can be used for a month or two which would give you immense relief.
You should make a habit of doing steam inhalation on daily basis.
