Brief Answer:
Treatment tailored according to the BP chart

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Heaviness in head can be due to increased blood pressure you are having.
Other causes can be migraine or tension headache.
A one time reading of 140/110 mmHg cannot indicate whether the antihypertensive treatment needs to be started or not.
I will suggest you to get your blood pressure monitored twice a day for at least one week and then your doctor can decide the treatment accordingly.
For increased VLDL and triglycerides, since they are not very overtly increased, you can decrease the fat content of your food and exercise regularly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
