Question: I have pain on the upper abdomen and back .my pancreatic duct is slightly prominent the amelese blood test is high .what do you think? YYYY@YYYY

Since the pancreatitic duct is prominent you probably have acute on chronic pancreatitis.
Further evaluation should be done to find the cause.
Alcohol intake should be stopped ( If you have that habit).
