Question: I have pain in the upper inside thigh when I stretch my leg to the right or lift the leg to put on shoes etc. it does not hurt to walk. No recent injuries

I will also recommend that you get to do some gentle stretching physical exercises of the lower limbs so as to avoid rigidity of these muscles that can limit the range of movement in the long run.
