Brief Answer:
consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

An initial xray of the injured part is mandatory to rule out any bony injury (fracture). If the xray is negative for a fracture, then the other possibility is soft tissue injury.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.
You can take laxative after consulting your doctor.

Meanwhile use a well-padded seat when sitting and avoid long periods of sitting when possible.
Do sitz bath- take warm water in a tub and sit in this as you are already doing. It will relax the muscles around the coccyx.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care
