Question: i have 3 reddened area with puss and pain in my left hand . i am uploading the pics of my hand. plz suggest some medication.

As per details, it seems that you have got insect bite reaction. It is noticed suddenly and spontaneously. It is characterised by red colored painful rash that appear all of a sudden.
In such cases, I prefer to advise oral antibiotics like cloxacillin to my patients. Also topical cream containing fucidic acid and betamethasone like Futop B also helps.
You may take anti inflammatory drugs like diclofenac for pain and inflammation.
