Brief Answer:
3-4 days should be enough

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

resolution depends on the extent of the inflammation obviously but 3-4 days seems to be an good approximation for many patients. The antibiotics have to be taken for more days, even if all symptoms have subsided. The pain relief is gradual.
