Attrition /Abrasion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

Read your query and gone through reports (xray) you have attached. As far as I have observed, in lower and upper central teeth pain and mild tremor like sensation can be due to Attrition/Abrasion (slight wearing of incisal edge or cervical region of teeth ).

See what happened is Attrition/ Abrasion can be due to some reason which include Bruxism , Functional habits which include chewing and swallowing causing pressure on opposing teeth or Parafunctional habits like clenching or clicking of teeth causing pressure on opposing teeth.

For this I will suggest you some remedies :
-Dont take stress . If you have habit of clenching or Night grinding then for attrition you should consult oral surgeon for oral examination and go for treatment by appliance Night guard or bite plane .
- Use soft bristle toothbrush to brush your teeth dont use hard bristle brushes if you are using .
- Brush your teeth from top to bottom in circular motion . Avoid horizontal brushing.
- Do warm saline rinses 2 -3 times a day . Use mouthwash regularly.

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help .
