Brief Answer:
Enamel loss causes sensitivity;go for x-ray of restored teeth

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in

As per your history & pictures, I would like to tell you that your teeth have got attrition & loss of enamel has lead to sensitivity of teeth.
In case you experience pain in restored tooth, then go for x-ray to know if there is any secondary caries. If all x-rays are normal then change your paste & use desensitizing tooth paste including potassium nitrate.
Also take good diet including calcium & vitamin C like citrus fruits like amla, lemon ,orange for strengthening of gingiva.
Visit your dentist for further treatment plan

Hope I answered your query

Wishing you good health
