Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The pain you are describing may be related to:
- Cardiac issues
- Pulmonary issues
- Musculoskeletal disorders

This is why if you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing the pain:
- Blood work
- Chest x-ray
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Stress test

If all the above mentioned exams will be negative (normal) then the pain is related to musculoskeletal disorders (muscle strain).

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
