Question: Male, 00, has searing pain and area numbness from about 2 inches to the right of the base of the penis and runs down the inner right thigh (about half way). Burning pain. Pain occurs when I am walking and then sitting. Goes away and will come back when resuming walking . Pain is similar to a hit in the testicles,

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to varicocele of testes. A physical examination by an urologist or general surgeon will be helpful to rule out the condition. Ultrasound examination might be needed to confirm it also.

In such case embolisation or surgical varicocelectomy can correct this. This is a small procedure and done as outpatient also.
